Learning a new language can be scary and intimidating!
It can be hard and challenging. You may be thinking in your head: "I am never gonna learn it, itʻs too hard" "I have no motivation" "I don't have time" “I have a hard time to find resources online, i donʻt think itʻs possible for me to learn” “I donʻt know how to build a sentence in Tahitian, i donʻt know how it works” “Iʻm afraid to not pronounce it correctly and people will make fun of me” “I have no one to speak to” “Tahitian is difficult because it is not a popular language” “I am too old, i canʻt memorize anything" Hereʻs the thing, people always put things off for some other time instead of getting into the daily practice and actually SPEAK, even if itʻs just for 5-10 minutes a day. The truth is all about consistency and repetition, and the tragedy is that the best and easiest way to learn a new language is to actually SPEAK IT!! Yep! I said it! Itʻs that simple! Seriously!

Iʻm Moenau and i am from Tahiti.
Iʻm the CEO, creator, and co-founder of POLY-lingual, I am an entrepreneur, wife, mother of 2 beautiful girls.
I am your host and your Tahitian language coach.
I was born and raised in Tahiti and moved to California in 2007 and currently live with my husband and my 2 daughters. My husband is American and speaks 3 languages fluently. I helped him speak and understand Tahitian since we got married and now I took the challenge to teach and coach my girls how to speak Tahitian as well.
Today,I want to help you do the same, share with you what I know.
I am a self-taught Tahitian speaker, I learned Tahitian in high-school in Tahiti and I grew up listening to spoken-Tahitian with my family, specifically my grandmother. I got obsessed with the Tahitian language and have been through the high and lows of learning Tahitian with the limited materials and I learned so much, and I want to share this with you. The work that I have done since then allowed me to gather so much wisdom and I am delighted, proud, and honored to be able to bring this to you now.
Helping and serving the Polynesian community
I have helped a lot of people from all over the world and a lot of people gave me the same speech: “I want to learn Tahitian to be able to communicate with natives, increase my ability to translate texts and enhance my ability to create my own writings in Tahitian without the help of a translator” .
This statement was one of the biggest reason why I created POLY-lingual REO TAHITI, to give the opportunity to learn Tahitian without looking for a translator, which is hard to get. I understand how difficult it is to get learning materials whether itʻs online or offline, it is hard to find resources to learn Tahitian for English-speakers. Believe me! I looked for them all over the place! This why we do what we do! We are here to serve the Polynesian Community!

How long is the Reo Tahiti premium courses?
This learning program is available to you as long as you want to be a member of POLY-lingual. You pay a subscription every month at an affordable price.
How long is the Reo Tahiti group session?
The group session runs for 2 months including 8 weekly live training (via zoom). You have access to 30+ video lessons, worksheets, and PDFs. During the weekly meetings, you get to practice your speaking and review your comprehension. A good time to ask questions also.
How long is the Reo Tahiti private session?
The Reo Tahiti private session runs for 3 months including 10 weekly meetings (via zoom). You have FREE access to POLY-lingual membership program for 1 year, starting from the day you enroll which means you have access to all video lesson,s worksheets and PDFS, Bonus videos and so much more.
Do you offer a FREE TRIAL for your learning programs?

I speak a bit Tahitian and have some kind of level of understanding. Will this help me?
These programs are designed for Tahitian beginner-level ONLY. People who know very little about Tahitian language. If you are able to have a pretty decent conversation in tahitian, then these programs may not help you.
I have tried to learn Tahitian online with very limited study materials and nothing worked. Why should your program be different?

What technology do I need to be able to follow the programs?
You can use any browser, whichever works for you. *For Poly-Lingual premium courses: You access the courses from your computer, or your mobile devices. We have an app available to follow the courses. *For my 1:1 coaching program, i use Zoom for our online sessions, email communication, Messenger for chat and Google drive for any extra material *You will also have access to our dictionary app Tahitan-English / English-Tahitian for translations *To join our private Facebook group, you will need a facebook account which is free and then you can join the group in seconds.
